Godzilla vs Destoroyah is the final movie in the Heisei series. In it Birth island explodes causing Godzilla's temparature to raise turning him into Burning Godzilla as well as mutating Little Godzilla and causing him to turn into Godzilla Junior. The Oxygen destroyer spawned a monster called Destoroyah. When Godzilla kills Destoroyah at the end of the movie , he melts down and his radiation causes Junior to turn into a adult Godzilla as well as reviving him.
